Job description:
We are looking for staff to be able to lead a high productivity project in Uzbekistan, as Farm Manager in High Tech greenhouse. The job is at an international level. With the possibility of extending the contract, after 9 months at the destination.
Requirements:
- Agricultural Engineer / Agricultural Technical Engineer or similar.
- Knowledge and experience in the management of high technology crops, pest control and climate control and coordination of the work team.
- Fluent English, oral and written.
- Availability to travel and live abroad.

- Orientation towards meeting individual and group objectives
- Ability to motivate and manage teams
- Oral and written communication skills
- Organized profile and work with planning
