Tecnova pr\u00e9sentera les strat\u00e9gies pour une conservation optimale des piments pr\u00e9coces. Le centre technologique Tecnova sera pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la IVe conf\u00e9rence Dal\u00edas Early Pepper, organis\u00e9e par le conseil municipal de Dal\u00edas. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements auront lieu les 13, 14 et 15 novembre dans la salle pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de la municipalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Lors de cette rencontre, avec le poivre comme protagoniste, Carmen Villalobos, docteur en technologie alimentaire de la zone post-r\u00e9colte de Tecnova, fera une pr\u00e9sentation o\u00f9 elle d\u00e9veloppera les cl\u00e9s pour atteindre la meilleure conservation du poivre pr\u00e9coce. Au cours de l’exposition, on rappellera quels sont les principaux attributs de qualit\u00e9 fondamentaux des poivrons primeurs et quels sont les probl\u00e8mes que l’on retrouve, plus fr\u00e9quemment, dans ce type de produit et qui en font sensiblement diminuer la qualit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie utile.<\/p>\n

Tecnova, en tant que centre technologique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, a des projets d’innovation dans le poivre comme la conception d’un nouveau Biosyst\u00e8me pour la production d’une nouvelle gamme de poivre biologique \u00e0 haute valeur nutraceutique. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de la mise en \u0153uvre de strat\u00e9gies biotechnologiques, agronomiques et post-r\u00e9colte dans les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de la cha\u00eene de valeur bas\u00e9e sur des technologies propres afin que la teneur en compos\u00e9s sains du poivre soit pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e et augment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Depuis la zone post-r\u00e9colte de Tecnova, une usine de d\u00e9shydratation du poivre a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rents moyens tels que le s\u00e9chage solaire, naturellement, et par infrarouge. Dans son usine pilote, l’analyse des contenants et plastiques avec des poivrons est effectu\u00e9e, recherchant une adaptabilit\u00e9 maximale au produit et la recherche d’une dur\u00e9e de conservation plus longue.<\/p>\n

Tecnova, dans son laboratoire interne, effectue toutes sortes de d\u00e9terminations de qualit\u00e9 post-r\u00e9colte, macro et micro\u00e9l\u00e9ments, microbiologie, etc. Aussi, les principales analyses physico-chimiques de Vitanima C, profil des carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, capsa\u00efcine et dihydrocapsa\u00efcine.<\/p>\n

Le poivre a, \u00e0 Almer\u00eda, avec plus de 10 000 hectares de culture, ce qui en fait un produit de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la province. Les donn\u00e9es d’exportation de poivre d\u00e9passent 530 000 tonnes, dont 80% sont export\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

De Tecnova, ces jours sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un grand point de rencontre pour le secteur agricole et, plus particuli\u00e8rement, pour le poivre. Un moment pour renforcer le positionnement du produit et \u00e9tudier les alternatives de culture, les nouvelles lignes de produits et les emballages.<\/p>\n
