The CoRoSect project, framed in the H2020 call and led at Tecnova by the Industrial Development department, proposes the creation of a cognitive robotic system for digitized insect farms. Tecnova’s Industrial Development department analyzes the possibilities of digitization and robotization of systems for the creation of farms.

Tecnova participates in the project with 19 partners from 12 different countries, among them: Bulgaria, Serbia and Lithuania. CoRoSect addresses the need to combine research on the bionomics and life cycle of insects intended to be used as human and animal food, with new robotic tools and protocols for the mechanization and automation of insect cultivation.
