Within the framework of the Innoextract Operative Group Project, the Day of this operative group will be held on May 6. This project deals with the implementation of innovative extractive protocols for compounds of interest in agri-food by-products. This project involves companies from the sector such as: DOMCA, Dallant, Troil, National Conservation and Food Technology Center, CTAEX, Tecnova Technology Center and, as a collaborator, Agro-food Cooperatives.

The problem to be solved is the search for an alternative to the waste generated in the different industries. Thus solving the problem of waste management and environmental impact.
