- To encourage an internationalization culture among our businessmen.
- To develop Auxiliary Industry for Agriculture (IAA)’s export offer and trading model.
- To make the most of and carry out studies in foreign markets.
- To develop cooperation agreements at the local productive system with internationalization in view (alliances, joint ventures, export consortium,...)
- To develop and make the most of new tools with internationalization in view (financing, insurances…).
- To create supporting structures in the foreign countries in order to identify opportunities and provide assistance and after sales service.
- To develop a trademark which represents the "ALMERIA MODEL"
- To provide products and solutions tailored to customer/market needs thus, offering added value services (i.e: financing, marketing and after sales service).
- Diversifying geographically all the companies which have focused too much attention on local market.
-To identify new uses apart from those related to agriculture, for those products from certain sectors.
