Shady Type Greenhouses

These structures are made of galvanised steel and do not cost very much. On these structures a mesh or a thermal screen or an anti-insect mesh is installed, obtaining the protection of the cultivation from the adverse climatic conditions (sunshine, hail) as well as from the plagues. The lack of plastic makes that the internal ventilation is very good, although the main disadvantage is that, within the rain period, water enters into it.  

     It is advisable for geographical areas where the climate allows production without necessity of very expensive structures, being the shade the only protection that the cultivation needs. The meshes may have different densities and/or tonalities, providing shade when it is convenient, and it can be fix or mobile: 
   

- Fix shady greenhouse: It has a galvanised structure with a mesh or screen in a fix position.     
- Mobile shady greenhouse: With a structure similar to the previous one, but it has an opening and closing system that allows acting on the cover depending on the radiation required by the cultivation.
