Financing
All the facilities to make that your project gets ahead.
Through the Buyer Credit, which is the most generalised type of financing of exports of medium and long term worldwide, we have an important support instrument to present and deal with a commercial offer with the foreign clients who buy capital goods, complete plants, ships and services. A comfortable financing that will make easy the success of your commercial transactions.
Maximum financed amount.
Until an 85 % of the value of the exported goods and services (concept equivalent to the amount of the contract once that the local expenses have been reduced) of Spanish origin, plus the 85% of the premium.
Term of a loan.
Between 2 and 10 years (depending on the exported good, the amount of the contract and the country), through equal and consecutive half-yearly payments of principal, fixing the first one six months later than the date of shipment or of rendering of services (in the supply agreements) or from the provisional receipt (in the “turnkey” agreements).
Interest rate.
Fix interest rate, during the whole life of the credit, which shall be equal to the one established for the corresponding currency, according to the Consensus of the O.EC.D. (called rate C.I.R.R., Commercial Interest Reference Rate), when the Spanish authorities authorise the Credit. Variable, based on the interbank rates accepted internationally (LIBOR or similar ones) plus a differential to be fixed in each case depending on the country and the term of the loan.
Insurance.
In the Buyer Credits with emergent and developing countries, usually, an essential requirement is to have a guarantee. The premium of this insurance is generally assumed by the importer, although other agreements may be reached.
Guarantee.
If the entity considers it as essential, you must have a guarantee coming from a public entity or a bank from the importer’s country.
