The Tecnova Technological Center contributes, in a practical way, to International Women’s Day. More than 60% of the center’s staff is made up of women, in all areas. Of the 13 positions of responsibility that the technology center has, 76.92% are held by women.

For the Technology Center it is a privilege to have highly qualified women and men to fill each job position, since together it is the only way to grow and make the sector grow.
